Sometimes the forces of nature are out of our control, therefore we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations, and we will do the same if necessary and possible.
Please Note:
Although we have a high success rate at removing even the most stubborn of stains, we can not guarantee to remove all stains. This is due to a number of things such as but not limited to;

1. What the stain is.
2. How the stain has reacted with the fabric.
3. How long the stain has been present.
4. How deep the stain has penetrated the fabric.
5. What type of fabric i.e. Wool carpet etc.

S.J.D Carpet Revival will not be held responsible for any stains that cannot be fully extracted. By agreeing to work being carried out you are agreeing to all Terms & Conditions.

Your safety and wellbeing is of the upmost importance to us. Therefore it is advised to all customers to not walk on any carpets/upholstery which have been cleaned or pre-treated as this could lead to an accident due to water/chemical on the surface of the fabric and you do so at your own risk.

We will not take any responsibility for any accidents that occur from a result of this advice being ignored.
