Cleaning Packages

Pre-treatment:

First we pre-treat the carpets which gets deep down into the pile and breaks down any dirt and bacteria living within the pile itself.

Extraction:

Then we use our hot water extraction machine to rinse the carpet pile using an eco & pet friendly rinse agent while extracting all of the broken down dirt etc. back into the machine.

Sanitiser & Deodoriser:

To finish we spray a sanitiser & deodoriser agent over the surface which kills off any remaining bacteria (if any) while leaving your carpets smelling fresh.

Vacuuming:

First we vacuum your carpets removing any loose dirt, dust and debris. This also lifts the pile meaning the pre-treatment gets deeper into the pile leaving a better end result.

Specialist treatment:

Some stains simply need extra help! For Example; Coffee, Wine, Cosmetics, Urine/Faeces, Grease, Oil, etc. At this stage we treat those stains with specialist chemicals and allow them to work. We then gently remove the stains using specialist equipment while taking care not to damage the pile.

Comb Over:​

Last but not least we comb your carpets with a carpet comb tool, raising the pile in an upright position while it dries. This will help the carpet to dry quicker as well as leaving a more aesthetically pleasing look.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Comb Over:​

Fabric Protection:

To finish off we then spray a layer of fabric protection over the required areas. This forms a protective barrier over each pile, so when you spill something on the treated area, all you need to do is simply wipe off with a damp cloth. Once dry your carpets will be protected from dirt and spills more so than not having this treatment.

Please note: (This treatment is not permanent and will wear away quicker in higher traffic areas. )
