Pre-clean Preparation

Here at S.J.D Carpet Cleaning we pride ourselves on providing an excellent and professional service. Before we attend your premises their are a few things you need to know and do for us.

Before we can carry out any cleaning you will need to do the following; 

1)

Please tidy all area's required for cleaning ready for our arrival. All, Footwear, Bags, Clothing, Books, Cables/Wires, Toys, Electrical equipment etc must be completely removed off the floor so we can access the area to be cleaned. Please appreciate, we have multiple customers every day and do not want to keep them waiting unnecessarily.

2)

If you have chosen not to go for our most populer GOLD package then please vacuum everything which requires cleaning before our arrival as this will not only speed up the process but will pull the pile upright which will allow our products to penetrate deeper into the pile providing a better end result. 

(Vacuuming can be done by us if you'd prefer but must be discussed prior to our visit)

3)

Access to power and water is essential. Without either of these cleaning is not possible.

4)

Due to Health & Safety and insurance purposes we do not move heavy furniture. Chairs/sofa's, side tables, stools and general light furniture are fine depending on the size of the room but furniture such as but not limited to: beds, wardrobe's, drawers, T.V units and electrical equipment are your responsibility and are to be either moved or removed before cleaning commences. If this is not possible then we will simply clean around the furniture.

5)

Parking must be available outside the premises due to heavy equipment used and continuous visits to and from the vehicle.
